Hey BP,

Not sure how many of you are looking at deals going by on RealCrowd, but they have a syndication right now from Madison Marquette to invest in the Oxbow Public Market in Napa, CA.

Unfortunately I don't think I'm allowed to publicly post any of the offering documents, but wondering if anyone has looked at this and has thoughts, or has worked with this sponsor before?
