Does anyone in the Sacramento, California, area have a great commercial loan agent? I am looking at 12 multi-unit complex on 2 parcels; 6 units per parcel. Looking at other deals also with 1 to 4 units.   I need a loan approval from a lender soon to get my offers accepted.
