REO Commericial Properties.

Hello Everyone,
This is a great forum and I am so glad I found this place. Most people here are very helpful and I want to thank those that help others on this website.

I am trying to find out how to find REO commericial properties. I know it is not easy but I am sure there are a few sources out there that can be used. How does the bank list these properties? Do they list them using agents like they do with 1-4 units?
