Has anyone ever dealt with these guys before?  We have been negotiating with them on a lease for a proeprty of ours for a few months now.  Im not sure if these guys are really bad at what they do or if they are really good at what they do and are trying to  use us for leverage with their current landlord.

The cleint is a nationwide organization and all decisions are made on the national level.  The feedback with get from the local people is very posative and a lease has been agreed to.  The issue is Morh Partenrs has delayed to start of the lease three times now becasue of issues witht he old lease they did not know about (that is the most recent reason).  The previous reasons deal with possible funding cuts from the state of WV as the cleint receives a lot of state assistance.

Any feedback from someone familiar with Mohr Partners, Inc. would be appreciated.
