I live in San Antonio, TX. I'm looking to buy a small multifamily of 5-10 units. I have $50,000 for a down payment.

Does anyone on the forum have experience in the multifamily market in San Antonio, TX?

Can you recommend a good broker that can help me find a suitable property?

Any advise on getting started in the small multifamily business?

THANK YOU!
