Philly Commercial Real Estate Investors
After reading Ken McElroy’s “The ABC of Real Estate Investing” and many articles I’ve decided to pursue commercial real estate as a means to reach financial freedom. Initially I wanted to buy and hold duplex, triplex, and quadplex but I like the potential that commercial offers. I’m currently in the middle a civil suit I have with a multinational financial company in NY and awaiting arbitration. Once settlement is over I wanted to start purchasing 1-2 small apartments in the Philly area.
While I’m looking on LoopNet.com on what’s out there I wanted to know if I should gather data from brokers on properties that I see to run the numbers to practice or should I wait?
Also are there any commercial real estate investors in the Phily area?
