List of Managing Members and General Partners of Commercial Real Estate

Hello BiggerPockets,

I've always heard positive things about the BiggerPocket community and I wanted reach out to see if you could help point me the right direction. I appreciate any and all responses in advance. 

I'm trying to either find a list, or a way to create a list of managing members/general partners of commercial real estate partnerships. 

My goal is to reach out directly to the decision makers of multi-member partnerships such as TIC's, LLC's, LP's and so on.

Has anybody heard of or been successful at the above? Legal entity websites do provide  some of this information but i have find it challenging to find a list of commercial partnerships and then manually pull the data from state legal entity websites.
