Looking for a Mentor, can anyone help me.

Hello everyone! I am currently in the market looking for a mentor, someone that knows more about commercial real estate investing and development then I do (someone that’s actually been their done that). Through my research I've found out that even the experts/pros have mentors, and I guess that’s why their the experts/pros.

In essence, the reason why I'm looking for a mentor is the following:

1. I need someone to help me refine my ideas into practice.
2. I need someone that has a wealth of knowledge/ideas to help me grow my business.
3. I need someone that has industry contacts, contacts that can help me get to my end goal (becoming one of the nation’s premier commercial investment/development companies).
4. Someone that can provide me with that "outside looking in" prospective. someone that can give me their honest opinion about both my skill sets and my business's.
5. And last, I need someone to be accountable too (besides my partner). Now I'm not asking for anyone to be a babysitter to me, but someone that doesn't mind pushing me and etc.

and I'm not looking for any fee based mentoring or coaching (because most are more interested in getting your money then actually helping you), but someone that doesn't actually mind helping out others without expectation of reciprocity. Well I must say that I would be open for partnering with my mentor on certain deals to show my appreciation for their help and knowledge shared with me.

If theirs any one who is willing to be a mentor to me, or at least knows the person I should get in contact with that can be a mentor to me. Please contact me at [email protected] or 856-265-3121
