shadow market
Greetings, my name is Oliver Stewart
I am a wholesaler and my business model has been to market for buyers
and to work with other wholesalers or seller reps who are willing to co-wholesale or pay a fee for marketing properties they have under control.
Recently seller reps have been sending me commercial deals especially larger ones,
however I have been cautioned that some of these are part of a daisy chain of reps
and I am wary of sending these deals to buyers only to have to chase down someone
to answer qualified questions.
From a buyers perspective is it better for me to take the time to "qualify each deal to
a seller rep" possibly wasting time or send you the tease or an outline of the deal and just
get the ball rolling once you have some interest ???
