I'm looking for commerical real estate agent (s) to assist me in getting started with my investments. Someone willing to work with someone living out of the area. I'll be in Chicago next week but am not currently residing there anymore (I have family in Carol Stream). 

My interests include: residential and commerical multifamily units. I have 100k cash and excellent credit. Approved for credit and also speaking with an asset based lender now.
