Do you call Absentee owner if you could get their numbers?

No questions, absentee owners are one of the greatest sources of business for Realtors and Investors alike.

I am Just curious to know how many on BP would call absentee owners by phone try to list or purchase their properties.

If you make unsolicited phone calls to an absentee owner, you could easily run afoul of the "do not call" laws. It's much safer to send a letter.
