Looking for a good commercial broker or investors who market to commercial owners.  I'm looking for a mixed use (live/work) property. I love unique stuff with character - storefronts, churches, etc.  I need someone to help me find something fun to rehab.

FYI I used to be a commercial broker so I know my way around a commercial purchase.
