Concord, NH Commercial Pre-Auction Walk through

Hey all, not sure if any investors in MA or NH wanted to check out the pre-auction walk through in Concord NH today but couldn't make it.  I attended with another investor and could answers some easy questions!  

I am in no way affiliated or compensated but will just wanted to offer as it is not a project I can take on right now...... although I am probably going to make an offer anyways!
