Hi Rhonda,

I did two podcasts on commercial real estate on BP.

One was multifamily years ago.

The other one was on multifamily and retail NNN investing. That one was last year sometime I believe.

During the hour long podcast I only covered about 10% of my material. Commercial real estate each asset class is very intensive.

I might do another podcast in the future.

What type of commercial real estate interests you??

There is small balance mom and pop type properties. Local gas station, small offices, etc.

Then there is the big commercial with large apartment buildings, retail etc. The small mom and pop tend to be local residential brokers that do a little small commercial. Most of my deals are in the millions of dollars for clients. Capital to start and your goals determine what kind of real estate deal size and asset class you can look at.

If you can expand on what you are trying to do or learn it would help.
