How to find Hotel buyers?

I work with an auctioneer who is selling a 103 unit hotel at auction in the southeastern part of the US. I'm trying to figure out who or where we can send messaging to. They are looking for an entreprenuer buyer (not big chain) that owns 5-10 hotels now. Any help is greatly appreciated!
