Data Warehouse - The know hows!

Hey all,

Anyone ever work on ground up data warehouse construction/real estate transactions?

Here's some background:

Data warehouses need the following: 20-50 megawatts of power, land (3, 9000+ square foot facilities within arms distance of each other), water and fiber optics.

1. Personal connections to high ranking officials at top data companies

2. They want to build ground up scale to build data warehouses in my area

3. I have a client with 500 acres that would sell or lease the land.

4. A connection of mine is well established within the energy realm in NH. He stated that the power demand is available. Fiber optics are available.

This is where I am at now. Just curious if anyone else has done something similar and wouldn't mind hopping on a call to walk through next steps.
