I'm a new member here at Bigger Pocket forum.

Our company is acquiring a 200,000 square feet commercial office building in Chicago and we are looking for JV partners to help us acquiring the property.

We have lined up funding for the majority of the project and currently looking for the last $1M to finish the deal.
