Self Storage Can you outsource management or do remotely?

I am currently managing my SFH investment out of state remotely, but I have done it at all and a total newbie in self storage.

Can this be outsourced to a management team or the return would be lowered very significantly?

Can this be done remotely out of state?  I live in socal so the price of entry to buy is very high and I noticed very saturated market here.

Is manage remotely for not too big of self storage is too hard or too much trouble vs be on site?

Feel free to share your experience and thoughts and examples and love to hear your tips and recommendations.

Replied

You can outsource.  You can manage remotely although you need someone that can reset units and pick up any trash.

How do you currently operate?

See our YouTube at our website how we handle.

Can do even simpler than what we do with an online contract system and call center.
