Hello, I am new to investing in real estate, I only own my home, and all I have is the equity in it, I am working on building up my credit score and funds otherwise, but I’m always looking at properties and I found something that really fired me up, a unit being sold as a condo in a building for 300k, that isn't what cause my attention, what cause my attention was the owner is selling 12 units separately, that is the whole building! I found out that they would sell them all as one sale, I’m very interested in this but I have no means of doing this alone! I would by it as a business opportunity/ rental properties etc etc. can someone please help me with options to make this possible?! Could I get a loan for this ? Could I get someone involved with me ? Thank you very much
