RFI for future use of a parcel
Indianapolis commercial/industrial investors and real estate agents. I work for the Metropolitan School District of Wayne Township. We have a parcel of land that is currently our bus transportation center. We are building a new transportation center and will not have a direct use for the old site. An RFI has been published to assess future use of the property including either sale or lease.
I am looking for local Indy investors or agents that could provide some feedback on potential use’s including a preliminary pro forma if it were to be leased. Additional info:
150 bus/trailer sized parking spots
4500sf office space
12,000sf bus maintenance garage with vehicle lifts
30,000sf of warehouse space (3 separate areas)
Please DM me if you can help and I can send the formal RFI as published. Tour of the property can also be arranged if needed. While I appreciate any comments on this thread, there is a formal process that must be followed for replying to the RFI.
