Pros/Cos - Investing in commercial real estate for Retail Business
I have a retail service-based business that I'm looking to expand and was wondering if it would be beneficial to purchase my next location or continue to go down the leasing path. Establish business, not worried about the location not working out or business going under.
What calculations I would use to determine what option is the better (Lease would most likely be NNN)
