Any CRE Certifications worth pursuing?

Often times Universities like Cornell or Harvard have different certifications. I thought I would get one related to Commercial Real Estate (my specialty is residential).

If there are any recommendations that you felt where helpful I would appreciate the recommendations.

What’s the reason you want it, for a w2 job or just for education?

Mainly education. Should I ever move (I'm a Realtor now and have a good business going here in Los Angeles), then it wouldn't hurt to have it in my back pocket.

One education course I like is Getrefm.com - its more about financial side and modeling. The person who started it used to be a professor at georgetown (and I think one other school). So its not some marketing guru course but someone who is legit.
