Sales on Office Buildings

Hey everyone! I appreciate any thoughts and knowledge you guys can share.

I am looking into investing in a REIT trading at less than half its price from last year. The REIT was taken over by investors who have been selling off assets. According to them, they have been selling their buildings for full value so the discounted stock price could be something to take advantage of. They're buying back their stock and paying a good dividend. Are office buildings still being bought at full price? This REIT isn't the only one saying this but I've also read in other places that it's been difficult to sell office buildings.

Thanks!
