Hi everyone, newbie here and trying to buy my first commercial vacant lot. Any suggestions on how i can get a loan?

1. Check the “Build Your Team” option in the BiggerPockets menu and check out “Mortgage Lenders” under Vendors & Partners.

2. Run a search on Google for “commercial loans houston.” You’ll find several banks and companies offering commercial loan products.

3. Run a search on YouTube for “buying commercial land.”

Lenders are generally reluctant to lend on vacant land without cash flow. Do you have 2-3x net worth of the loan amount? what do you plan on doing with it? develop or flip?
