I was offered a really nice return offering from RealtyFolio, whom I’ve seen in my emails before. I reviewed the folks listed in the deal, however, barely just enough seems to come up on researching them. Looking at LinkedIn profiles, very little seems to come up as well, with some of their team members not showing up at all.

Looking all over the net and bigger pockets for RealtyFolio, and all the variations of it, I cannot find much at all, except for one of their team members who posted very little.

One of the hotels said to be made by a team member in the deal in Belize seems to not really search correctly either. One review I found on what I believe the hotel to be (Wyndham Grand in Belize, but not quite that), had a comment listed about ‘scam’.

I looked up the address of the claimed location for RealtyFolio in NY. It is a space available for rent.

I have to say, I believe RealtyFolio may very likely be a scam, and wanted to warn anyone else out there who may have been targeted.

I hope someone is able to prove me wrong, but for now, I’m going to have to pass on their extremely attractive offer. Too good to be true.
