best books for retail strip

I plan to take the plunge into retail strip investment after several years of experience in multifamily investment. The down payment cash comes from residential flips I've completed. I'm looking for some good books on the topic that aren't full of fluff. I've found many books are motivational, but I want to know the nuts and bolts of managing, negotiating with tenants, finding tenants, net leases, how to co-broke with commercial brokers (I'm licensed in Maine, but there are few courses offered on commercial). I found the book "Landlording" very valuable for my multiunit investing and would like something similar for strip malls. I know that many of you here will tell me to simply hire a manager and broker, and I might do that someday, but I want to understand the business completely before I delegate. Thanks!
