Why cant you get financing on this?  AFter 3 months of full cash purchase.  We have an appraisal showing 275k value.  Want to pull out 200k.  Cash flow of rents is 3200 in rent cash monthly.  Borrower has 820 beacon credit score. Land is business park zoning which is basic commercial with residential as an option in description. No funding for cashout refinance.  All structures insured by insurance.
