Self storage- distribution customers

Planning larger storage units.  25 wide by 45 deep. 14 foot clearance roll up doors and walk thru door.

Can you help with a list of  potential distribution type renters?

Currently we have Snap on tools, Frito Lay and a Tortilla company using units as drop and distribution points.  Realize no one likes food in their storage.   This doesn’t stay long.  Turns over every week.

Could you let me know if any other company’s or types of products that fit this model?   Want to develop a list of potential customers to approach.
Thanks.
