I m planning to bid on REO hotel online. 70 room hotel starting bid $1M (May bid up to 3M) It is generating 1.8M in revenue. Before covid it was generating 1.4M. NOI is 353k. I have 200k in capital but need more for down payment. I'm trying to get funds from Silver city funding (Christian Angelo). I'm talking with accountant to look at the P/L statements. Talking with attorney about the clear title. Any experienced investors willing to partner with me to bid on this ? Any thoughts would be appreciated

My thought it, don't do it.

Have you owned and operated hotels before? Labor supply is killing most service businesses.
