Need advice for selling “seller leads”

Happy holidays everyone!

Sorry if I’m posting this is the wrong place, please remove it if I am.

A little backstory: Over the past year I’ve been hand collecting commercial / multi family property owner information and about a month ago I felt I was ready to take the next step and begin selling the data. I had a moment of clarity and thought to myself why would people just want data lists like everyone else.

So for the past two weeks I’ve been using a mass texting service and I’ve been reaching out to the owners to see if they be open to the possibility of selling. I’ve gotten an overwhelming response. Storage facilities and mobile home parks seem to have the most action.

But now I’m stuck, I have maybe 150-200 property owners who are open to selling but I have no clue who to sell the “leads”; brokers, agents etc. I have a price point in mind, that aligns with the value of the sale/commission but I just don’t know where to start.

If you have any advice, I’m all ears and would love the help. Thanks for reading

Wholesale the contracts, sell the leads, raise money and buy yourself, represent sellers as broker. Those are your 4 options.

what business do you want to be in?  Usually that decision is made before talking to 100s of sellers but hey you do you.
