Suggestions for Cash Out ReFi on cash bought commercial building.
Hello All- I'm looking for suggestions on how to obtain a cash out on a commercial building (office/warehouse) that I purchased 6 months ago in cash. Due to being a fairly new investor (2 years) the banks and credit unions have been unwilling to work with me. I bought the building in cash, renovated it in cash and it is now tenant occupied. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to recoup some of my investment, so that I can move forward with my next property? The property is located near Youngstown, Ohio.
