Hotel Leasing

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to branch out from my consulting company and lease the f&b operations of hotels. Many hotel operators are trying to get out of their f&b operations, so if anyone has any clients that would be interested in talking with me, I would be grateful. I will pass along the business plan.

All the best

What areas are you focusing on? There is a huge need for this in the marketplace as I am sure you know most F&B that is owned and operated by the hotel break even at best (and many lose money). Obviously there are many exceptions to the rule mainly applying to excellent operators that understand this side of the business in major downtown mid to higher end hotels.
