let us say that i invest via fundrise syndication deal. what will happen if fundrise bankrupts? i guess the property will still be there and still owned by its owners. but there will be lots of complications, right? anybody can give me some idea what impact will be? how do i evaluate such kind of risk? thanks

@Sean Zhao

Fund rise is the platform, the deal does not go away, if the sponsor files BK that’s a different story.

Besides fundrise and it’s platform I would also recommend checking out a bunch of the other real estate syndications that are regulation a+ qualified. Many of those do not go through a site like fundrise and get charged the higher fees as they have their own platforms.
