    If you're looking to get started and learn the numbers, an agent/broker isn't your best bet. Books, programs, and videos can help you get your bearings and build a pretty strong understanding of what makes a good deal and what doesn't. I point folks to the Storage Rebellion frequently, they have a great group of storage-only investors and strong content.
