I can't believe people still cold call.  I usually hang up on them because there is too many of them.  What is your cold call pitch?  Here is what I here:

I can do a market analysis on your property to see what it's worth

I just sold xyz down the street

Are you looking to sell?

I have a potential buyer for your property (but they really don't)
