Hello all!

My name is Jared Gump and I currently live in Central PA.  I am planning to move to the Tampa area in August/ September of this year.  I am currently in the middle of a flip here in PA, and prior to that, worked in commercial construction.  

I would love to get in touch with anyone in the Tampa area working in commercial real estate development and apartment syndication.  Thanks all, I'm eager to learn anything that I can pertaining to Tampa RE.
