Any investors have luck finding properties with the costar?

The benefit is that you can now see 50% more properties than loop net that are for sale and a bunch more that are off market.  The down side is that it's about 10K a year.  Anyone have any success/feedback.  What are your search techniques?

I use Crexi and Costar also.

We have tons of other resources though and get first looks at off and pre-market properties because of who we know in the business.

It's not just about finding a property it's knowing how to analyze it. That is where experience and years in the business come in.
