Selling Condo, Need Help

Hello, 

My husband and I live in south Florida and we are trying to sell our condo. Problem is, our condo association has no reserves so our realtor told us that we pretty much have to sell to an all cash buyer or an investor because banks won’t finance a condo with little-to-no reserves. I come on here to see if anyone has any advice on our current situation!
