Rude or Acceptable to Go to an Agent for a $25,000 property?
I'll be buying my first real estate investment soon.
Hopefully cash for a $25,000 foreclosure.
A big deal for me personally, but obviously not for an agent, who after all is said and done would get a commission of 1.5% X $25,000 = $375.
Would this be acceptable or rude for me to approach a real estate agent for a deal like this???
I feel bad going to an agent for such a small deal, but at the same time I really need an agent's help in guiding me through the paperwork, negotiation, market savvy, and details of my first transaction. I could try to do this myself, but feel like I would be missing something.
Would I go to a beginning agent or something???
Anybody have any suggestions???
