Executor buying the home in the estate

First post!

I'm the executor of my grandfather's estate, which includes his house which is paid off. 

He has 3 children who all will be fighting over inheritance and probably will want to sell the home and split the profit... (sadly)

Is it possible for me to sell the home (as the executor) to myself? And are there any limitations or benefits to that?
