Looking for recommendations on home owners insurance providers for an owner occupied triplex in Bluffton SC. 

Any investor friendly recommendations the community has?

Zach - I used Brightway insurance. They were really reasonable. 843-408-4554. I only had regular home owners but I'm pretty sure they would be able to help you.
