Is all the hoopla we are hearing about inflation from the news outlets a good thing or a bad thing for us real estate investors?

Yes for buy and hold and not doing any work on them.. but for those doing heavy value add or building new  its creating some real challenges in the industry..  but inflation for the static property is the corner stone of investing..  we call it appreciation  .. :)
