Hey you guys, Im starting real estate investing/wholesaler and just wanted to know if its anybody thats either just starting as well or have been doing it for sometime and would like to JV any deals. Im interested in learning everyday and just working with someone who can give value and vice versa. Please reply to this post if you are and know anyone!
