Hello BP Fam,

Basically what I put as the post title is what I am looking for. I am looking for a great book on Subject two and all the legalities behind it. Does anyone know of a book like this? The "low and no money down book" explains it to an extent but I want to know more about it. Thank you for anyone's help in this!
