Divorced Foreclosure Deal
I have an interesting one. The seller is married and owns the home in his name alone. His Husband refuses to allow him to sell even though he would receive half of the proceeds. Also, since he moved out 2 years ago he stopped paying and now the house is in Foreclosure procedures. The seller does not have much money to pay an attorney to handle the divorce. In Florida the spouse must sign in order to sell the property. Is there any work around? Interested in how I can help this guy out of a nasty situation.
