HI Everyone,

I am learning about STR's and I was reading a great article on Bigger Pockets a week ago. There was a spreadsheet that I downloaded that is super cool but it doesn't totally work. I was wondering if anyone here recognize this spreadsheet? If it is yours, it's so good. I was wondering if you fixed the issue and if so can you resend?
