How would you go about trying to sell an investment property?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to put a property I gave up for sale. It’a a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Philadelphia. The market still seems to be pretty strong here, and was curious about whether there are effective ways to put it in the market without going through a real estate agent? If rather try that first, and if I’m not successful that way, I would then use an agent I’ve worked with in the past.
Thoughts?
