Hi all, I'm looking to invest in student housing for the first time, have done some decent research, and am looking in the vicinity of San Diego, Riverside, Irvine, and Claremont, possibly Santa Barbara. If anyone has any experience in those markets, particularly with student housing, please connect. Thanks!
