Wrentham Massachusetts - Help!

Hello all!! My name is Jon, and I am reaching out because a close family friend just sold their home, and it turns out, the home they were going to buy was already under contract with someone else. They have a second baby on the way, and no where to go. 

The good news is....They are prequalified already and their finances are squared away. I figured I would reach out here to see if anyone in the network has anything lists or future listings coming down the pipeline. Surrounding towns may work too!
