Syndication Co-Sponsor Percentage/Fee?
I have a non-recourse term sheet from a lender that is requiring me to get a co-sponsor to meet the net worth requirement. This is for a $7.8m purchase with around $4.5m in debt. I'll be running point on everything, and really only need the co-sponsor for net worth. Any thoughts or experience with this structure and what a typical/fair share in the management/promote fee would be?
